How do I make usergroup ranks in the post bit rank in specific order?

How do I make "Ranks" assigned by usergroup to be stack up in a certain order. This is the module called "User Ranks" in the ACP.

For example, I have a ADMIN rank, and SUPERMOD rank, but I want Admin usergroup to have both, but for some reason the SUPERMOD rank is on top of the ADMIN rank.
