photopost pro and vb integration
Is there a mod/hack that allows seemless integration for vb and photopost pro? Currently am not able to link both applications and also some functions (e.g. moods) arent displaying properly in photopost pro.
Thanks |
Sorry, I don't think there is such an hack. Photopost does integrate with vBulletin...if you want hacks to integrate, then I suggest you post in the "Request for Paid Services" forum.

how about basic linkage like the links navbar to be accessable between both applications?
unlike vbgallery the process was pretty straightforward. thanks |
I use Photopost, and the navbar always remains there when I go into the gallery.
Regards Jason :) |
Photopost already has built in intergration.

Something to consider, vB 3.7 does have an Image Gallery built in now. So I would assume that it will really take a chunck out of PhotoPosts sales.
I'm waiting for 3.7 to be Release version so I can upgrade and take advantage of the Image Gallery because I dont want to purchase PhotoPost Pro or use the "Lite" version when vB is going to integrate their own version of it. |
No, 3.7 doesn't have a built in gallery. It has albums, they are two completely different things.

Well commenting on member albums and having photos is a big step in that direction. I dont have 3.7 installed but was going off of its 3.7 beta 4 notice. so what is the differences that would want to make someone still purchase PP Pro? Isnt having member albumns the same as a gallery. ;)
|
No, not really. I use Photopost and will continue to use Photoshop like many of the other Photopost owners. vBulletin themselves said it is not a gallery, and they will not build a gallery. A personal album, and a gallery are both completely different things. ;)
Regards Jason :) |
Where does PhotoShop come into this?
The albums can be set to Public or Personal but either way the images can be shared. Anyways, I dont want to get off much more off topic. :) |
