Where can a moderator edit their user title

I am admin/ can do it with mine but I see no option/permission requirement in usergroup settings, and they are not able to set it via modcp and via their own usercp

Any one have any idea where in vb I can setup this to allows mods to modify their user titles ?

You allow it per usergroup. Just edit the usergroup and find Can Use Custom Title in the General Permissions box.

Usergroup Permissions > Can Use Custom Title (under General Permissions header)

well, that is what I have currently setup, but the moderators tell me they can not modify it at all.

They can't even do it in the MODCP are

Would there be another place this can be setup/or locked down at , that I am missing ?

They can modify their user title via the User CP (not Mod CP).
