can anyone from vbulletin.com impex my İnvision Power Board forum to vBulletin forum product?

Jelsoft staff will not help you, as indicated on vBulletin.com. These two sites are run and owned by the same group so you won't get a different answer here.

However you can post a topic in the Request for Paid services and someone here will help you for a price.
