Style problem..

I don't know how to do a few things with this style..

Like, the header, what size does it have to be?

And on threads, when the button says 'Release this thread' it doesn't show up..

The best place to ask for help on a particular style (or hack) is in the style (or hack) thread. The people who read that thread know the style best and are best able to help you out.
