CMPS - Direct Link to News Article

I posted this over at vBadvanced, but thought I'd post this idea up here and thought maybe someone would be willing to take this on :)

CMPS would benefit greatly from being able to directly link to an article without going to showthread.php or another vBulletin file.

I'd like to be able get news shown just by directly linking to a file directly within CMPS. I'd like to keep comments probably still with vBulletin.
