Where do i find the documtation to teh smaty templete system in vbulletin 3.6 version

there is no smarty template system

its all HTML driven and documentation can be found at the vBulletin.com site in the members area under manuals.

Let me explain I want to build a vey simple pop window or form where I can put text in this box by the same way as vbulltin does by passing varables in to the text.

Where would find the documtation or explain how to do this.

A example would help me understand how to do this i just need to not have anything on this window or form except for the text and the text needs to be in vearables.

I do not want any way to close this window no buttons that is and the window will not close when the mouse goes out of the window teh only way to close this window is the close x option on the far right of this window.
