Hard code language setting (using a plugin) - How?

Dear vBulletin Experts,

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is an easy way to preconfigure the forum language setting using a plugin (in vb3.7) and to be able to change it easily with a plugin aswell without the need to reload the page the user is visiting.

For example when a user loads a subforum, it will be presented in Language B while the main forum will be presented in Language A.

Unfortunately it appears that this hasn't really been requested by anyone else, at least not with any success that is.

Possibly request an updated version? Or ask somebody to upgrade it for you. At least it's a starting point, better than nothing!
