Mods & Super Mods able to prune?

I need to set one or two of my mods to super mods so that they can assist me in approving COPPA users. I've already installed the hack to do this, however I can't find any way to remove the ability to prune threads.

It's scary to me to allow them to prune and I would really hate to give anyone other than myself rights like that.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance :)

If you can't trust them, why did you make them moderators in the first place? You should always backup periodically anyway.

That doesn't help my question at all, does it? I back up, and I trust my mods. However, it's not a right I would like to give people. And IMO it's ridiculous that you can't take that option away. Their PC skills aren't as good, and how do I know if they get hacked or their teenage son signs on the website with their account.

I mean seriously, how could you answer me like that as if it's not a vaild question- and I have no reason to be questioned with my personal preference. If you can't help me, why not just let someone else?... someone who will be nice about it.

So I figured out how to do this from the (friendly) vbulletin staff. So I figured I'd post it for anyone who has this question in the future.

You can adjust Super Moderator Permissions under Forums & Moderators -> Show All Moderators. Here can remove the Mass Prune permission as well as make it so they can't permanently delete posts if you wish.
