Is there an easy to ban users? Like the infraction button?

Set an infraction level equal to your ban level.

sorry to trouble u guys again. I tried to set the infraction level but somehow its simply send a warning to the user only. How and what is the standard configuration to send to the user to the banned category?

You have to set the automatic ban feature as well. I'd suggest you read up on the Infractions System in the manual.
