Forum permissions based on reputation

for example ... if the user have 1500 "reputation points" can access to the community forum or 300 to another forum ...

Hmm - that's is already included in 3.6.x

You can create a primary usergroup or a secondary, give or take away permissions for that usergroup and then under usergroups -> promotions you can set automatic promotion of a user based on the reputation level.
