logging in & out problems

Ok guys got a problem that is driving me insane...

Firstly when i logout it keeps me logged in and secondly when i login it logs me in then re-directs me and im not logged in im using 3.6.8 and ive tested it in both FF and IE

Need any more info let me know and ill try to post it
