How to show Posts from a specific forum as news on an external site?

How to show Posts from a specific forum as news on an external site? I have vbulletin on one domain and want to use say a forum called "news" to display as news on my other site. Without using a CMS.

Did you just want a simple list of threads on the 2nd site linking directly to your proper forum, or the actual 1st posts content from each post in that forum?

I want to be able to show say 5-10 posts (full posts) not just links to them. If the RSS2 feed of the forums could be used somehow that would be good :/
