I want to buy that theme, but i am not sure it will work with my vBulletin 3.7.0, can there be any problems ? Because if i read theme description i found that:

Wait until they update the skin.

You definitely need to wait since 3.7.0 has a lot more features such as Social Networking, Photo Albums, Ad Space, New Profiles and much more.

Where can i buy skins for 3.7 ?

well ask them if they plan to release a 3.7 skin...

Wait for the skin to update, if they do not, you may not be able to find an adequate skin.

Reason being, 3.7 has new capabilities that will mess up all other forum skins. If you wish to use that skin, ask if you can buy a 3.6.8 skin then ask if you can rollover to a updated one when it is available.
Also, you must wait for skin designers to create skins for 3.7, since 3.7 is still in BETA all of the designers are waiting until its grand opening.

If you cant do anything, you may need to pay a little extra for a custom skin.

Also, some of the 3.7 skins are available here or in other places for Free. Try google or check the graphics section. I may upload a couple later.
