How to Delete "News" in Header

vbAdvanced CMPS 3.0 puzzle:

In the news module where the collapse/expand button is, the title shows:

>> News

How do I delete that row altogether? I can't, for the life of me, find it!

But I only want to delete it for the News header row...

Please Help!
