Filter Messages for the administrator
 

As administrator I get a lot of messages each day.
Is it possible that ...
when someone want's to write me a message, he sees some informations first:

- if you have got a question about technical cases, write to .....
- if ...

... and in the end the possibility to write to me.
So I just need a page to display first, but just if the message is for me.

Have you done something like this?

This requires custom coding. Do you have any codes that we can look at?

What kind of code do you mean?

i have turned the option to contact to admin by pm / email off instead of that they have to use the contact us (sendmessage.php) option (that one goes to a different email box so the staff can handle it)

That's a good solution, but this is something, I have to do my own ;)
