ImpEx will import your entire site into vBulletin... XMB is supported and will import these:

* Import User
* Import Forum
* Import Thread
* Import Post
* Import Smilie
* Import Ranks
* Import Pm's
* Import attachment

there is no direct support for Imports, you may have to inquire a "Paid Service Request" ... or ask on vBulletin.com for service...

Using ImpEx is very simple. If you can install vBulletin, I can guarantee you that you will be able to use ImpEx. The manual even details every step of the way.
