group leader mass PW

Hi,
can you tell me if there is any possibility to that the group leaders can send mass PM oraz mass emails to members of their group? I need this functionality in my forum...

Maybe someone could tell me if I can do it with myself, i.e. based on
Yet Another Mass Private Message System.

I'll be thankful for every help - my group leaders must inform their group members about week's meeting place and date and there isn't any other simlpe way to do this...
