Advices to keep my forums fine
 
Hello,

I need your advices to keep my forums databases well. It is sometimes slow to perform any request. For example, when I click on a link in the forum, it takes time to start downloading the page. The downloading is fine. How can I deal with this problem?

Also, I want some advices so that my database to be less and more powerful.
