Really Simple Syndication (RSS) and VB
 
So, basically being new to RSS feeds, when I learned about them I instantly said "I want that on my site", Then the crushing reality of having no clue how to add RSS Publishing to my site fell over me, lol.

So, is there a simple way to add RSS to my site so other people can Syndicate my site?? I pretty much just want posts in my forums and such to be RSS'ed....

Also, if there is no really easy way to do this, can someone point me in the right direction?
