Anyone know what this plugin's name is ?
 
When u hover your pointer over a specified text, a comment appears. I really need this plugin/hack

that would be unofficially called "autolinking". www.thevbgeek.com has this mod... its a commercial one though. The freebie here doesn't work anymore.

there is no "simple" product that do that kind of function... you are interested into something complicated...
