Download PM Error

I am trying to download my PM's with either xml,cvs or txt and when I do so it looks like it wants to download them several seconds later I get an error saying that the source file can not be read... What does this mean and how can I fix this? This happens to all my members?

Where does it say this? Could you get a screenshot of the error?
