Add someone to someone else's ignore list

I did a few searches but was unable to find anything... maybe my terms weren't good enough.

Anyway, is there any mod out there to let the Admins add a user to another user's ignore list (and vice versa)?

I'm trying to nip bickering in the bud. :)

I'm not sure of a Mod (but think a simple query would do it), but all the user would have to do is go to their User CP and remove this person from their Ignore List. Also, the default postbit for Ignore is to show that the Ignored User posted but that since he is on ignore, you can't see it. That means they would see right away that the person was on their Ignore List and just go and take them off.
