How can add a pip.button for each user groups

Please help me out
how can i add a btton for each usergroups, under their name or avatar that showing their postions

and how can i make usernamesin bold letter

i have added a image to show u whats i needed

As to bolding the username/title: You can do that by editing the appropriate section of the CSS (via admincp>Styles) I believe.
