Earthquake !
 

Generally speaking we dont worry about these in the UK, but we got hit by the biggest one we've had for 25 years just before 1am last night - a magnitude 5.3

The whole house shook for about 10 seconds :erm:

We've never had any over here. :p

Yeah I heard about the quake...never experienced one myself. Hopefully no damage on your end Paul. I read that the UK has around 200 (I think) earth quakes a year, but only a small percentage are noticeable.

Come to socal. You can feel them here when they hit :D

Very odd to hear from the UK. I've been in several tiny < 3 here where I live in Arkansas and a few large ones in Japan when I lived there. Any damage?

I heard about that .. I was surprised one occurred in that area.

From the looks of it, they are pretty common in the UK. My boss is from near York. He looked up the statistics about earthquakes in the UK, and they seem to happen every year or two!
