what tables for user data and threads
 

I want to update my test board with user data and threads from my main board as i want to play with the data.

what tables do i need to update, is it just:

user
thread
profilefield

I dont want to update the template stuff as I have made alterations to the test board but need more data to test the funcionality.

or is there an easier way of getting the data into the test board without disturbing the templates.

Save your test style using the standard style export function in the acp, then copy everything from your main forum across, then import the style. Backup your test forum first.
