Certain usergroups can access inactive forum

I have made my forum inactive for a week but I still want moderators and vips to be able to access it. There is a modification which allows you to select which usergroups can see the forum even if its closed. I had it on my old forum and cannot remember the name of it.

Could someone please find it for me? (I looked but was unable to find it).
