Moderator Access to Member Profiles
I am trying to get my head around moderator access in 3.6.8
I current have 3 members configured as Super Mods. In the "Super Moderator Permissions" everything is set to yes, with the exception of: Can Physically Delete Posts Can Set Forum Password Receive Email When a New Thread is Created Receive Email When a New Post is Created So things like the following are all enabled: Can Edit User Signatures Can Edit User Avatars etc etc etc However, when the mod users click on the "User Details" link in a members profile, they can view the profile admin page, however there is no save button. After asking over at vb.com this is correct behaviour and in order to do this you have to have full admincp access, which is fair enough and probably relates to this setting: Can View Whole User Profile (but not edit) However, under the mod account I can't find where they can edit user signatures/avatars etc etc as per the items set to yes in the "Super Moderator Permissions" Additionally I would like the super mods to be able to change somebodies usergroup but I can't find this option (if it exists) Anybody got any ideas? Maybe a mod that will give this sort of access to the site super mods? |
You do a username search in the MCP and the resulting list has the various edit options.

Is there anyway to allow super mods to change a members user group? |
