How do I change the login box to look like this?
 

Okay, there where it says this:
I want it changed to look like this:
The person's username must be link to his profile. Where it says Private Messages it must be linked to his inbox... like it is in default.
Both links must open in a new window.
When they click on Log Out, it must log them out but they must still be in the same window.

Can someone please tell me how to do it this way? I want to do it like this in only one of my skins, all code that needs to be changed, must be changed in the skin/template files.
