Hi there,

When i originally opened my forum in 2005, I had a gallery installed - which was vba gallery and I paid to have it installed.

I recently had the forum upgraded, which I paid for through vbulletin.com. This however, stopped my vba gallery working.

I then renewed my license for the vba gallery through PhotoPost, and paid them to upgrade it.

However, this has left an empty box on my forum where the old gallery used to be, that just says 'gallery images' and there's nothing there now, and it just sits empty under the new gallery. Could someone please advise me on how to remove this? I'm not tech-minded at all, and I did have a look in the forum templates but just cannot see where or how to remove this empty box.

Any help would be SO much appreciated!

go back and ask them to remove it for you

i can't.. the original gallery was installed when it was done by vbulletin.com... this one was installed by photopost, who said I need to remove the hack or add on or something. I have no idea how to.

can ANYone please help me?

The best option for you to get it fix is for you to post in the 'paid request.'
