is this possible

i want to prevent anyone from entering admin panel including the admins....the mod panel i want to make it for admins and sup admin....by giving them proper permissions...

this way no one can enter the admin panel..and all the staff will be in mod panel...just rename panel names so no one feels bad...

i was wondering if this is posible if so how would i go about doing it...

meaning that admins will have their privleges but they will access them from mod panel..a separate panel entirely for staff...that way i dont have to worry about anyone accessing admin panel

Rather than doing all that, why dont you just edit your current admin's permissions as to what they actually have access to do in the admincp panel.

i have already done that..but i would like it so they dont even have to come to the admin side they all just use the mod side...

Well doing this just to make people not feel bad isnt that good of an idea, there would be lots of work involved to do what you want.

Errr, there's really no point....Just set the up with the proper AdminCP Permissions and you're good to go. Creating a .htaccess/.htpasswd lock on the Admin CP folder would be more effective than making Admins use the Mod CP, they are designed for different things.
