How do you link subscriptions as a forum thread??

I've been trying to figure this out now for 2 weeks.

Here's an example of a site that has it.

http://theofficialdpmovementforums.d...rums/index.php

Once you register, it takes you back to that page.

THEN, if you go to that first thread (with the arrow) it takes you directly to the subscription area...

How do you do this:(

forum manager --> edit forum of your choice --> Forum Link (Entering a URL here will cause anyone clicking the forum link to be redirected to that URL)
