Latest blog in postbit

Hi all,

Just wondering does anyone know how some forums have a latest blog post in the vB postbit? Like on DigitalPoint, where a member has an external blog they can get it hooked up so it shows their latest blog post title as a link on the postbit of their threads/replies?
