gallery issues, please help me.
 

Hi there,

I've just had my forum upgraded for the 1st time since I got it, it's now Version 3.6.8.

My gallery is no longer working since the upgrade :( and I would really like to get this up and running again.

Can anyone advise me on how to go about this, or if I can request this done as a paid service? I believe I paid to have it installed originally by someone here, but it was about 3 years ago and I can't really remember how to go about getting this done.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

Seeing as you supplied no link to your site, no info on what gallery your using, there is not much we can do to help you.

i don't know what gallery i'm using. I originally got it from vbadvanced.com - and paid to have it installed.

my forum is private, so you wouldn't be able to access it without a username and password anyway. Do you need that info?

also, what would be the best gallery to get added on, if my current one is no longer working or available?

You can PM me a test account to login with if you want, if you got it from vbadvanced, i would assume it was vbgallery.

I suggest you request asistence at the site where you got it from in the first place.
