Featured boxes - copy a thread title
 

im trying to make some featured boxes for my site (unless someone knows of some already?)

i want to be able to click on a thread and in thread tools have a option "mark as featured" and "unmark as featured"

and given that data i want to be able to copy the thread title that has been marked into a pre created box on my site.

im guessing the second part would be the easiest but what code is used ?? something along the lines of "get_thread_title"? would be my guess but is probably completely wrong.

if i can at least get part 2 working i can get a start on them.

There is a new featured threads (e-steki featured threads), but it only shows per forum rather than on forumhome. I would be interested in seeing what you come up with :)

yes, thats pretty much what im hoping to replace but make the feature appear on forumhome. I might contact the author and see if i can use some of the code out of it would make life 10 times easier.
