Prefix by usergroup

Hi Guys,

I would like a modification that allows you to define a certain prefix (or prefix set) to only be able to be used by a certain usergroup or usergroup(s). I'm actually quite suprised this wasn't a default feature in vB3.7.

This is unpaid, but if it is done I might be able to make a small donation of $5 (not much i know, but all I can give) to the author.
