Subscription forum under another usergroup

I have a Paid Subscription that put users in a usergroup called Donating Member if they make a donation.

I want to create another usergroup called Extended Member that only the Donating Member usergroup can subscribe to. This way it will only be accessible by the Donating Member usergroup and not everyone in the forums.
