Main CSS - Box?

Hello,

How would I go about creating a CSS style box, in the style options (main CSS).

I want to make another box so that I can edit hyperlinks etc. See attachment, this is what I want to create, but name it and reference it to vb_side.

I don't know that you can without going in and modifying the code. I think you need to just add stuff in the Additional CSS Definitions at the bottom.
