images for usergroups

We did originally have coloured names but we thought it was very confusing, we are now looking at putting images such as this

http://b.imagehost.org/0098/Untitled-1.jpg

in their profile with all our different usergroups such as 'donators' etc, does anyone know how i can go about this?

rank images could do it.

that works but only one user in that usergroup gets the image by there name, anyone know what im doing wrong?
