vb.org Archive - Welcome Box in Header

Hi, I have been trying to get this to work for awhile now and just when I think I have it something is just not right. I want to move my welcome box from the navbar to the header and align it right of banner. This is for 3.6.8 (I have also done a search I found one topic that spoke about it but never got it done)

I have been at this for awhile I can get the code up there and working but it won't position to where I want it to be just far right but maybe 2-3px from the edge of the banner and center. Any help would be much appreciated.
