displaying specific forum in index
 

i would like to display a specific forum on index. Meaning when someone comes to my site I want the threads already present on forumhome. So im thinking its a matter of taking the ForumDisplay template and pasting it in Forumhome template. or something like that. Can someone help me with this. I know enough to cut and paste code into places to make this work.

Nope, it ain't that simple. Definitely not a cut and paste job. More of a couple of days coding job.

It'd be easier to simply use a .htaccess and redirect index.php to forumdisplay.php.
