hack to hide url?

Is there currently a hack to hide the url from being displayed by hovering over it to certain usergroups?

Like if this word was a link THISWEBSITE it would only show "THISWEBSITE" and be an active link, but when the user hovers over it they cant see where it really directs to?

Such a hack would be pointless. As pointless as a no right-click hack.
