Add another user tittle ?

This forum has a dual tittle for member : a tittle for user status : user/mod/admin and the other one is for the custom tittle .

I really like this mod , can anyone know how to make it

Not a mod. Go to your ACP and go to the option on the left that says "User Ranks" You can use text with HTML or images.
