Why do i show up as unliscensed
 

A few minutes ago I confirmed my info with vbulletin.com
i can't dl mods here...

it will take some hours for verification...

Hours? It only took me 10 minutes for my verification to kick into action. I think it all depends on the server speed at the time, or how many users are online etc...

make sure your email is confirmed for this forum then try again, can take upto an hour.

hey, a friend i know owns a vbulletin board and i signed up for this hoping to learn how to make my own addons for a side job :( but i can't see the downloads because i don't have a licence :( does that mean i would need to buy a licence to view ?
