New Member Notification isn't working

Hello there,

I am currently test driving Vbulletin 3.7 beta 4 and I have noticed that my New member Notification isn't working. It was working perfect before I upgraded to 3.7 beta 4. I have a few mods here and there but nothing was added ( nor deleted ) that might possibly affect this.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

I have run tests on my email service and everything is working fine. Anyone have any possible ideas?
