Link costum profile fields

Hello everyone!

Is it possible to link costum profile fields?

Easy example:

Profile field called "Favorite Band"
User inserts "Madonna"
In the profile other users can click on "Madonna" and the system shows every member who has also "Madonna" in the field "Favorite Band".

Is this possible? Would be a great idea for social communites :)
