Deleting pm's

Sorry if this has been posted before (did a search but found nothing) or may sounds verry stupid (I am verry new to vbulletin since I used xmb before) but is there a way for me to delete personal messages from certain member's their inbox?? without installing any mods.

Thanks.

this is not possible directly, you will have to request someone to code that kind of feature...

Yes, you can edit the user in question, from the drop menu(quick user links) select delete all users pm's or just their sent ones, mind you the first option deletes ALL of their pm's, not just the inbox, but inbox, sent etc...

Ow you mean that I have to login into their account?? I do not want to do that. I have tried what you just said from my account and it's not working.

No, you need to enter the admincp, and search for the user, then edit that user, then use the drop menu i posted above.

You can do this from the Admin CP.
ACP > Users > Search for Users
Enter the user's username and the rest is basically explained in the pic.
