Adding title to user profile

I want to add two lines under each users title that is editable by me and different for every user i'm sure this is easy but i cant figure it out i want this to show every time they make a post. Thanks

CP> Users> Search for Users> (fill in User Name box)> Click on "Exact Match"> In the "Profile Box", go to the "User Title Box"> Fill in the title you want> Click "Save" at bottom.
