Thread titles in the url

Hi!

I are looking for the mod, or on how make the vb default url change to the thread title, but i cant find it. I search vb.com and vb.com but nothing come out.

for example:

This url :http://www.digireflex.net/showthread...398#post211398
change for this : http://www.digireflex.net/curso_iluminacion_-_uba.html

Any idea?
