How can i transfer all their members to our database?

i can assist in this if you wish its simple to do all you have to ask them to do is make a back up of the mysql database for thier forum then add the data from that into your database biut make sure you dont choose to overwrite exsisting information just add the info.

Get their database, and upload it onto your server. Then just run ImpEx.

Are you now suggesting to merge the tables in MySQL? That will for sure not work.

Whichever route you take, make sure you have a good backup before you do anything.
